Ryan Delargo's love for electronic music started since it's early beginnings. In the early 1990's he got in closer contact with the party scene in Holland when he started working as a lightjockey in different clubs like the IT, Marcanti, More and Winkel van Sinkel.
After several years of lighting and watching a lot of dj's from upclose the step from lightjockey to deejay seemed naturel to him since he had been collecting vinyl for years, enjoyed the house sound since the start and was already working in that area. After only a couple of years of 'bedroommixing' Delargo doesn't have much to show for yet but his recent deejay developing made him decide to put more effort in bringing his own sound.
The sound Delargo brings is a blend of funky, soulful, vocal & jackin' house. At the moment he is known as Rubix and is a resident deejay at one of Amsterdam's hottest clubs:
The Mansion. Since he is working on his own projects now containing his first release and is working side by side with supported artists, producers and promoters we can expect to hear more from him in the near future.
